NANCY ANN STORYBOOK DOLLS

An exhibit of "Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls" from the collection of Elaine M. Pardee

Nancy Ann Dolls are hand painted bisque and exquisitely dressed in quality fabrics. Nancy Ann Abbott began making these dolls in 1936 and founded the Nancy Ann Dress Dolls company in 1937. As many as 125 different characters were being produced by 1943. This exhibit will display a variety of dolls from this period.
