CEMETOURS

The MM&HS’ CemeTours is a periodic historic touring of local cemeteries. The inaugural visit was Lakewood Memorial Park in Hughson in March of 2024. At the tours, cemetery staff often shares the history of the cemeteries themselves. The MM&HS then guides tour-goers throughout the cemetery grounds, pointing out the final resting places of historically significant or locally interesting persons. Complimentary light refreshments are typically served.
