MCMOBILE MUSEUM
The McHenry McMobile Museum meets you as a community member right where you are, delivering Stanislaus County history directly to you. The McMobile was first launched at the City of Modesto’s annual Earth Day in the Park (at Graceada Park) on April 22, 2023. The following week, we were invited to the Hughson Fruit and Nut Festival. Next, the McMobile appeared at the Ceres Street Faire, and then the Patterson Apricot Fiesta. The McMobile Museum has also become a regular feature at many of Downtown Modesto’s DoMo First Fridays.
Look for the McMobile Museum at community events around the county!
We thank volunteer Keith Highiet for conceptualizing the McMobile Museum, and executive director David Seymour for launching it so successfully. We thank all who have donated artifacts to the McMobile, with special recognition to Mike and Kim Cobleigh who have supplied so many historic artifacts for us to re-share with our community.
